Customer-Provided Photos and Personalization
For custom products, you are responsible for uploading clear and appropriate photos and entering accurate personalization details.
By uploading photos or submitting personalization information, you confirm that you have the right to use those materials for your order. FurTribute may use the uploaded photos and details only to create and fulfill your order, unless you give us permission for another use.
Please review all names, dates, photos, notes, and customization details before placing your order. We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.
Orders and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment must be completed at checkout before your order can be processed.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if there is a pricing error, payment issue, suspected fraud, unavailable product, or other issue that prevents us from fulfilling the order.
Production and Shipping
Custom products may require additional production time. Estimated delivery times are not guarantees and may be affected by order volume, production needs, carrier delays, customs processing, weather, holidays, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout when available.
Returns and Cancellations
Because many FurTribute products are personalized or custom-made, returns are generally not accepted unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once production has started, cancellation or changes may not be possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the item, outer packaging, and shipping label. We will review the issue and help with a suitable solution when applicable.

All website content, including text, product names, images, graphics, branding, and design elements, belongs to FurTribute or its content providers and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
